Authentic and spectacular independent house in the Can Pere area, 20
minutes from the beaches of Sitges, with a private pool and views of
the sea and the Garraf valley, even on clear days you can see the
Montserrat mountain.
The house has capacity for 10 people, where they can enjoy a few days
of vacation and relaxation. In the outdoor area there is the pool
surrounded by grass, from where you can swim with views of the sea, the
barbecue area and the porch, which has a large table for all diners and
a bar to make cocktails at night. .
Accessing from the porch we find an open space on the first floor where
the kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you may need for your
stay (dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee maker...). It
has a small pantry where the washing machine is also located.
The kitchen has a breakfast bar and next to it there is a dining area
with a wooden table. Next is the living room, with magnificent
decoration and a fireplace.
On this same floor, we find two bedrooms with a double bed, one of them
with an en-suite bathroom and another full bathroom with independent
access. We also find the main access door, which leads to an outdoor
terrace where you will find a trampoline and beautiful views of the
mountain.
Going up the magnificent stairs illuminated by an impressive skylight
with natural light, we reach the second floor where we find 3 other
bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with a trundle bed (which
converts into a double) and the master bedroom with two single beds.
There is also a full bathroom to share with the rest of the guests.
From both the hallway and the main room you have access to a terrace on
the same floor, where you can enjoy the sea views, and by going up the
external staircase, you can access the viewpoint where you can see the
Garraf valley. You can enjoy the views of the sea and the mountains
from the same point.
