The Swansea View" has been recently renovated to provide a stylish, comfortable space to relax and enjoy your break. 3 bedrooms house with 5 real beds, we also have a large sofa bed for your extra guest.
Set in its own extensive private grounds you will be surrounded by trees and hedgerows busting with wildlife. A short stroll takes you to the beautiful areas with small shops, whilst a 10 minute drive takes you to a choice of gorgeous Swansea beaches.
The entire space is for your own private use and is not shared with other visitors. The HOUSE is approached via a private driveway, and has a spacious level parking area immediately opposite to the house.

Summary: Lovely comfy spacious lounge/dinning room with plenty of comfy seating for large family. Bedrooms spacious with comfy beds. Modern well equipped kitchen. Large outdoor enclosed back garden with decked area, lawns and mature trees and shrubs. Would have been perfect except for the bathroom space: one bathroom converted to disability shower and a strange shower in a cupboard by the front door; a leaking radiator; rotting decking; and a washing machine that you couldn’t use the dispenser as it was under the worktop.
