Summary: This home is absolutely amazing! I spent more than two weeks here with friends in July 2016 and I can't say enough good things. The location is incredible - a block from bayside beaches, a short walk to great coffee, ice cream and everything else in Southold, and a quick drive to sound-side beaches. The house and pool are dreamy - perfectly appointed, everything high quality but all very simple - just right for a summer vacation house. It's a great place for kids - the pool is behind a high fence that little ones can't open, and the basement is a kid's dream! Rick was communicative and easy to deal with. All of my questions were answered quickly and smoothly. The best, I just can't say enough good things! Rent this one, you won't regret it.
