Summary: The property had not sent confirmation of booking, myself plus hotel.com got no response. Hotel.com just send a computer generated email confirming booking which is not true ! When I arrived no key , person contact was forthcoming! A neighbour told me who owned the apartment. I called them after googling there number .they said they were expecting me but the email got sent to span , gave me the number of safe key box , I opened to find no key ! I called again, they sent caretaker out with a key to find the property already occupied by three men ! What a great service !
