Summary: We stayed at the Amber Boutique Hotel - Amber Design: The hotel is well appointed and breakfast is good. We stayed in a room with 2 twin beds and an extra bed was added to the room. The room was spacious and clean even though the carpet had some stains. Bathroom had a crack on the floor but otherwise good shower. Beds were not very comfortable and the bedding wasn’t very comfortable either. I honestly expected more from a 4 star hotel. What really makes this hotel is the staff - they are 5 stars. Everyone is courteous and friendly. Excellent customer service.
