Summary: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were really nicely laid out and spacious. The breakfast was really tasty and a nice variety. The only disappointment was that the head office had not correctly scheduled staff on Christmas eve and we were not able to enjoy the pool. My kids had been looking forward to using the pool so were very disappointed that they could not use especially when we had confirmed with the staff at check in when it would be open.
