Summary: I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was clean, well-organized, and comfortable. The staff welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home from the very first moment. The breakfast was excellent, and the people working there were always friendly, polite, and attentive. I would especially like to mention Hisham, who truly stood out with his professionalism, kindness, and great sense of humor. He took the time to talk with guests, made sure everyone was happy, and created such a positive and welcoming atmosphere every morning. It’s rare to meet someone who brings so much positive energy and genuine passion for their work. I also want to thank Seher, a wonderful and kind woman who made us feel safe and well cared for. Her natural warmth and smile made us feel at home. I would also like to highlight Jim at the reception for his helpfulness and friendliness, and Linda, who works in the breakfast service, for being so kind and welcoming. Finally, I want to thank all the staff who worked during the three days of my stay. Everyone contributed to making my visit comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable. Overall, it was an excellent stay with great service, a delicious hot breakfast, and staff who truly care about their guests. I would gladly come back and highly recommend this hotel to others.
