Summary: Upon arrival we didn't receive a friendly welcome from the lady behind the desk however the location and the cleanliness was impressive. The biggest issue that I reported yet was not dealt with was the horrendous noise coming from the drainage keeping us awake on both nights. The other issues were the lumpy pillows and the fact that room service insist on walking in the rooms when we hadn't even checked out, why don't they check if the room has checked out before doing so.. The hotel looks well but if you can't sleep at night due to the noise then what's the point in sleeping there, very frustrating that's this was reported to the hotel and Hotels.com yet nothing done.
