Summary: Large and mediocre level hotel. Check ins and outs were very smooth. But I'd still say the reception staff were slightly below average. Room was perfectly clean and spacious. The two things in the room that had some issue were toilet seat and AC. In the end the "problem" with toilet seat probably was just that they are so much better in Finland than in Poland (the flush was whenever whatever and very seldom enough, so you had to soon re-flush) AC seemed to be inadequate but you could keep windows open and sleep in humane conditions. (The other evening there was noise from the neighboring hotel's restaurant but it completely ended at midnight) Depressing signal of ever-weakening customer service everywhere in general was that hotel's hotel info could be read only by loading yet another stinking "app" - That is overlooking and customer disservice and if there would be two hotels with exactly the same price and value I'd pick the one that has booklet of hotel info in the room. Either a minibar or small fridge in a room would be very cool! The breakfast was inexpensive and well worth the money.
