A 17th century stone built cottage, in a quiet location adjoining the owners' home and set in four acres of garden and woodland just three miles from the little village of Tremadog.

Well furnished throughout, with an abundance of oak beams and rafters, a lovely exposed chimneybreast, fantastic slate floor and the original, steep and narrow wooden staircase with a 180 degree bend, this cottage is full of character. An ideal base for outdoor enthusiasts and close to a Sustrans cycle route, this is the perfect location for a romantic holiday, surrounded by wonderful mountains, valleys and lakes, and just 3 miles from the Welsh Highland Railway.

On-site parking for 2 cars. Secure, covered area for bikes. Gravelled sitting area at front of cottage with garden furniture, shared use of owner's lawn. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Note: Due to the age of the cottage, the bedroom is accessed by a steep spiral staircase and the property is not suitable for less mobile guests. Note: This cottage is only suitable for adults.
