Positive: Well maintained apartments. Nice restaurants and convenient shops. Lovely and clean pool area with slides. Excellent entertainment for the kids and even for the parents! Beautiful common areas with tropical vibe!

Negative: The cleaning of the apartments was poor. Dust covering all surfaces, cob webs, dust and debris in the corners of the floors, stained sofa, filthy decorative cocoons (better without them!), dirty dishes and hob, all door handles and the ones on the kitchen cabinets had finger marks. Filthy blinds. Perhaps the cleaning staff doesn't get enough time for cleaning. No towels on arrival. We had to take them from reception. A family of 5 has to take a 6 person apartment rather than 5. There is no option for an extra bed or a sofa bed for a young child aged 5. This is no good as too many families are 5 and it is not worth paying a lot more for a bed you won't use!

Summary: Acceptable but not the usual quality we get at other places in Germany.
