Positive: The staff were outstanding, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. In particular Dominik.

Negative: Unfortunately the room was far to hot even with a fan in the room. As it is Winter they can't turn it down! However, the staff did everything to help and moved us to a different part of the hotel which was cooler. Thank you.
