Summary: Fantastic hotel, very centrally located within walking distance to the shops and parks. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We stayed in the suite which is very comfortable and clean. The shower is amazing and there is a tv with Netflix. Also the breakfast is very good with hot and cold food available. We loved the fact that there was a car park included which is brilliant if you are driving. We definitely would recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Carlisle or other surrounding areas.
