Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The staff was very courteous and most helpful. My universal charger was not working so they gave me another charger. My room was getting hot so they came to adjust the temperature. I was given more water bottles than I asked for always. The heating bars to put the towels on were really useful!

Negative: The room temperature control needs improvement, it does not go much below 22deg and the room becomes very hot after using the shower. I needed to open the window a few time to let the cool air in. Elevator doors are very slow to open.
