Positive: The room is big and comfortable. Good breakfast.

Negative: The reception staff wasn’t very polite or helpful. We asked for an iron, and the receptionist told us a big group staying at the hotel had already taken it. Then she said that if we really wanted it, she could point us to the group so we could go get it from them ourselves. That’s really not the kind of service you expect from a hotel.
