Summary: The guy in reception was really nice and helpful. I wanted a plug for my bath because my back was bad and he found one for me. Room was good and comfy - some older aspects of the room but it was comfortable and close to the centre. Cpuld do with a few more plugs in the rooms and the bathroom fan was a bit annoying as it went off even if you walked past the room without going in!
