Summary: Having the shuttle only come every hour was really a pain. It would be nice if they were more helpful and would tell you estimated arrival time at the pick up spot and how long they would wait there. We, along with another guest, waited a good hour outside in the cold. They were not particularly interested in being helpful or nice about it.
