Summary: Average property. Great location. Needs some minor repairs. Broken cupboard doors, kitchen drawer. Shower grout is rotting. Brown water stains on wall above window - which is seen right from bed. Window shades could be replaced - browning. Had everything we needed but could have extra blanket for couch sleeping.
