Positive: All staff were super kind and helpful with everything! Very good area and location very close to the tube 5 min walk from the natural history museum and 15-20 min walk from Harrods.

Negative: Rooms are on the smaller side but still comfortable.

Summary: An amazing stay, very close to the center in a quiet and prestigious area.
