Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The location was excellent, My first time to Seoul and needed a hotel close to train station for airport access. the staff were respectful and gave excellent service from start to finish. The staff were friendly and manged my expectations. Beds and bedding was clean and comfortable, warm and smelt nice.

Negative: The room was dissapointing, its looked shaby and old and space was limitd, old furnature. The lighting was dim and reflected poorly with the furnature, its needs a upgrade desparetely.

Summary: Four Seasons by Sheration is centrally based with good transport links to Incheon.
