Positive: This apartment is very spacious (especially as there were only two us) like a good hotel room but with all the features of a large apartment - we were delighted with it. Large rooms especially the main room. Great electric Rangeman (Aga) cooker, a dishwasher and a washing machine - excellent facilities, decor and furnishings. Very good sound-proofing of floors and solid walls - so it was very quiet. It’s really close to the beach, just a 10-15 minute walk down a cross country footpath next to the apartment. There is a large double bedroom with two single beds pushed together, with an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower screen & shower. A second double room has a small double bed with a wooden headboard and surround with cupboards and overhead lockers, and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Negative: I would have welcomed a small dressing table to sit at for make-up and hair - I had to do this over the bathroom sink with my stuff placed on the loo seat. A tumble dryer would also be welcome or a combined washer/drier. On a wet day or after swimming it was days before got our wet clothes and towels dry (just using the simple old fashioned clothes dryer/rack provided).

Summary: Excellent apartment - we would certainly book this again next time we visit Cornwall.
