Summary: Genuinely excellent customer service. Very helpful and kind staff. I had taken a taxi to the hotel and not a moment after I stepped out with my suitcases an employee saw me and started helping take my bags in. Two people helped bring my bags to my room. I also contacted the front desk at the end of my stay to get help taking my bags down. An employee came within ten minutes to help. I’m very grateful and appreciative of their excellent customer service. The room was very comfortable. The AC worked well. The shower worked well. There was a mini fridge and lock box. Across the street is a collection of small restaurants and bar food and drinks. Easy to get a table, TVs are there with sports on usually. Close to the train station, so you can get around very easily across the city. There was minor noise pollution from outside. I was on the second floor close on the street side. If this is a concern of yours, perhaps request a room on a higher floor or away from the street. It was a small concern, but typical of many hotels. I still think booking here would be good regardless. Would I stay at this hotel again? Yes.
