Summary: Great location and lovely staff – with a few issues Overall, we had a good stay at this centrally located hotel, right by a major main road. If you prefer peace and quiet, ask for a room away from the road, as it can be noisy. We stayed in room 602, with a balcony and fantastic views of Sacré-Cœur, the Eiffel Tower and Notre-Dame. The view was definitely a highlight. On our last evening, I spotted a mouse in our room on the 6th floor. I reported it to reception. They tried to find someone to help, but as it was Sunday evening, this wasn’t possible. They offered us another room, but I declined and caught the mouse myself before releasing it outside. The staff were very kind and did their best to help, and the hotel refunded us one night, which we appreciated. The staff were generally extremely friendly and helpful, always happy to have a chat. Breakfast was included in our rate, but at the normal price of €18 per person, I don’t think it’s worth it. There are plenty of bakeries and supermarkets nearby. One disappointment was the check-in. We told the hotel we would arrive at 11:00 AM. We returned at the normal check-in time of 3:00 PM, but the room wasn’t ready until 4:30 PM. Since they knew our arrival time, this was disappointing. Overall, a nice hotel with a great location, amazing views and lovely staff. The mouse and late check-in were unfortunate, but the staff handled the situation well.
