Summary: I got a basement room, which in itself is fine, but the door to the room was not noise-isolating at all. The walls were unclean, and there was no door chain or the like. My booking said check-out would be at 11, but when I arrived, I was told checkout was at 10. There were two sets of towels, but one was very obviously unclean (it had what looked like a bloody booger on it), so I assumed the other set was probably unclean too. The reception staff were not very welcoming and were constantly browsing their phones at the front desk.
