Summary: The room was spotless. Chrissy did a great job. Your staff is amazing! My favorite was the young lady that was on duty until 11 p.m. at the front desk on Thanksgiving night! She provided so much history and knowledge about the hotel. I regret that I cannot recall her name she was great!
