Positive: Clean and comfortable

Negative: The elevator kept breaking down. My family was stuck in the elevator and the fire department had to come and release the elevator. The other side of the elevator was not working at all though no notice was posted to warn the customers. Had that been up we likely would not have got in the elevator hence getting stuck in the elevator. Also, the smell of weed from a nearby room was so overwhelming it gave us headaches, we had to place a towel under the door to keep it from coming in. This was a nonsmoking area and you could smell the moment you come onto the floor.

Summary: Great other than stated above. No discount was offered for the inconveniences.
