Summary: The kitchen had no supplies whatsoever but that was ok. We bought some utensils and plates at the hardware store across the street. The big problem was that there is no AC in October apparently and the room was extremely hot. They gave us two fans to use and that helped but there was no way to keep the windows open to get a breeze. Our little room was sweltering during the day!
