Positive: The bed was super comfortable, and the staff response during my stay was fast and clear.

Negative: The staff didn't "thoroughly" clean between the days I was out (excluding not ready yet days). Found hair still on the floor, bath mat missing, and the body soap was almost finished, so it wasn't refilled. Had to use the shampoo instead.
