Positive: Great view. Architecturally very charming. Fun snorkeling right from the property. Competent and kind people at the front desk. Food, clear printed menu, and a capable, helpful and kind waiter (Eduardo) in the second restaurant ( the one that is not tasked with “serving” breakfast.) Repeat guests - that always says something good about a place.

Negative: Complete incompetence with “serving” breakfast. Got the first breakfast OK - thank you Claudia. Had to protest the second morning ( watching others slowly but eventually being served as I waited and waited). On my last morning I sat there waiting for over 25 minutes and finally left the restaurant without ever any food being offered. Was the only guest in the restaurant at the time - with about three staff in the kitchen and about three waitresses. Claudia served some coffee. Never experienced anything like this before. Stunning. No reading lights so if you like real books - evenings reading is out.

Summary: Fighting for breakfast is not my thing but … they might like you better.
