Summary: To be improved: Communication via the Hotels app were not responded to. Automatic check in outside the hotel after hours was not appreciated, specifically as I had contacted the hotel in advance to announce our time of arrival. The automatic check in took a higher sum from my credit card than the one I had been quoted. This required extra time at the front desk the following day, which clouded the experience.
