Positive: The hotel is great overall. The food was very tasty, the hotel area is large and well maintained, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Negative: Unfortunately, there was one unpleasant situation that affected our overall impression. There was one unfriendly man in the restaurant. Of course, friendliness can be subjective, but we found a sharp piece of plastic in our cheesecake. We did not make a scene, because we understand that accidents can happen, and the cheesecake itself was actually very delicious. We simply told this man when he was taking the plate away and asked him to inform the kitchen, as there could have been more plastic in the other pieces. Instead, he only said, “OK, I will tell them.” He did not ask if we were okay, and he did not apologize, which I believe would have been the appropriate reaction in this situation. This really spoiled our impression of the hotel. Also, some of the door handles were not working properly.

Summary: Apart from these issues, the hotel itself is very nice.
