Positive: Easy to check in via the message provided by the Hotel. Keys are in the box located just next to the entrance door. Keys are good for both entrance doors and room doors.

Negative: The room was cold. There are no controls whatsoever; the whole building seems to be heated by a central heating system, and naturally, guests are not given any control of the room temperature; however, radiators in the room were mounted with thermostatic valves, of which opening them helped a little bit to raise (maybe 1 Celsius degree) the room temperature. Sadly, we were quite surprised and upset to see that the room service ladies turned these valves off again in the daytime when we were out (we have realised that in the morning after a cold night), but I have to tell you that we are quite frustrated about this! And there is no one to complain to, as there are no reception & receptionists in the hotel. Especially in the evening time when we are present but not one soul is. I don't even mention that there is no lift service in the hotel (and we were staying in the most expensive room of the facility, which was on the roof floor). Imagine climbing all the way up with heavy luggage. Room service ladies just entered our room the next day without knocking or warning while we were in the room. More surprisingly, the room keys were in the lock, and the lock was locked. They simply used their own keys, and shockingly, they were able to open the door from the outside just like that!!! When they saw us, they apologised and closed the door, but what the ...? Sorry if I dont prefer to stay at this hotel again.
