Positive: Breakfast was amazing. Rooms are very clean and sufficiently large. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Negative: Our room was in the corridor after exiting elevator. The gap under entrance doors must be not insulated, because anyone talking as they were leaving the elevator sounded like they were talking in our room while we were trying to sleep. This is absolutely not acceptable and the hotel staff should have a look at this. Toilet seats are super low. It was not a problem for us, but I hope the staff is careful to not assign our room to elderly; toilet seats super low, shower entrance super high. Bed + pillows were okay, but not very comfortable. There is no pure black tea (only infused with vanilla?). I appreciate hotel trying to have fancy tea selection, but please also include a simple black tea option.

Summary: Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Explicitly ask a room away from elevator for quiet.
