Summary: Pros: There was hot water and the staff was so wonderful, friendly and helpful. After hours check in and key drop available. Cons: Mold in the bathroom, bed was very uncomfortable, the shower head sort of worked, not a quiet area (steps from the tram/street car that runs all hours of the night). As of 9/5 there is active construction going on in the area, so maybe call to find out if they have finished.
