Positive: Wonderful buffet breakfast, beautiful setting, excellent spa.

Negative: Front desk staff rude, confused and unhelpful. I was charged a higher price upon check in, despite having paid in full when booking was made on Booking. Com. The young reception fellow was helpful in resolving this, but his older male colleague was not. We were also given incorrect information about hotel restaurant hours at check in, and had to practically beg to get food at 9:05 PM. Ridiculous! Also, we booked a “comfort double room” but were put in a basic room.
