Summary: Honestly imagine a Motel 6 and then go down a step. There were rust stains in our bathroom and a washer and screw for the cap where you pull up to have the water go through the shower head. The front desk people were very nice - the condition of the hotel is very lacking. WiFi only in the lobby? That is honestly just cheap. And the cost was not much less than the very nice hotels close by. The location is very close to a metro line though!
