Positive: Lovely stay in Zermama! The hotel and the rooms are so chic. We loved the decor. The balcony was a huge plus, we loved sitting outside and listening to the river nearby. The location was perfect, less than 7 minute walk to the train station and the grocery store. We felt very centrally located without it being noisy. Front desk was very accommodating and answered all of our questions.
