Summary: Perfect location, wonderful staff, and a beautiful room (it really is as pictured on the website). The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. There was even a Dyson hairdryer! It was our anniversary so the staff had put a lovely welcome message on our mirror and given us a little cake to share :) We had a little trouble with the heating, but the staff provided us with an external heater and without any prompting from us, they took note that the heating still wasn’t fixed and kindly offered us another room… even though we only had one night left of our stay. Really a great experience! Oh, and the breakfast is a must!
