Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The hotel had a really lovely welcoming atmosphere. I loved all the sitting areas, fire places burning away with ambient music and books to flick through. There was a real personal touch from the staff. I was staying on my own and they all took time to have a small chat.

Negative: I had to switch rooms after the first night as I found the ground floor courtyard room very noisy but they immediately rectified it and I had the most perfect nights sleep following that. Both rooms were beautiful and provided lovely touches.
