Positive: ⸻ My Stay Review: Overall, most o f the staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful. However, I had an unpleasant experience with one staff member (who appeared to be Filipino). My colleague only had milk with him from outside, and this staff member rushed toward us and said in a very rude and unprofessional manner: acilities were very good. The lobby is beautiful and sui“Not allowed to drink or eat anything here in the room.” The tone and attitude were disrespectful and completely unacceptable. Hospitality staff should know how to speak to guests politely, even when explaining rules. As for the place itself, the orientation and explanation of the ftable for studying or sitting to eat. Regarding cleanliness, it was acceptable but needs more attention to detail. There was hair on the pillows and bed, which should never happen in a properly prepared room. On the positive side, the housekeeping staff did a very good job cleaning the floors, changing towels regularly, and the bathroom was very clean and excellent. Special thanks to the housekeeping team for their noticeable efforts.

Negative: major disappointment was the breakfast. The variety was extremely limited and did not cater to international or regional guests. As Arab visitors, we are used to seeing a mix of options when we travel — including both Western and local breakfast choices. However, here the selection was almost entirely limited to items like beans, pork bacon, and pork sausages. Many guests, including myself, do not eat pork for cultural and religious reasons. Offering only cereal as an alternative is not a proper solution and does not reflect thoughtful hospitality. When European visitors travel to Arab countries, they are welcomed with a wide and respectful variety of food options. The same level of consideration should be given here, especially when hosting guests from diverse backgrounds. At the price being charged, guests should expect a more inclusive and better-balanced breakfast selection.
