Positive: Location and the staff at the reception and restaurant

Negative: I had stayed in this facility 2 years ago and had loved the location, staff and the great and sumptuous breakfast spread, hence suggested to friends and visited again but this time it was sheer disappointment. The breakfast was so minimal in variety with no choice but to have something before to set out to explore the black forest as there aren’t any other restaurants / cafes nearby.. There weren’t even cut fresh fruits (onThursday) despite being summer season which is loaded with fruits everywhere. All they offered was 1. Syrupy canned fruits on Friday and two types of cut fruits only on Saturday as over weekend they had some more guests but anyway we were to check out that day. The rooms seemed to be cleaned half heartedly and after I reported, the next day’s cleaning was ok. I wish they offer an electric kettle / water heater inside the room as guests can at least have green tea / coffee etc when they wish to. With this tariff that Jufa charges us, they can very well afford to give some more facilities is what I feel. The swimming pool water was very warm (at 6 pm) as the pool area (in the basement) was too hot and humid with no ventilation around . Within sometime it gave a suffocating feeling and had to leave the place.
