Summary: I honestly want to begin my review just emphasizing this hotel should never be classified in the same group as leading hotels of the world. On the night I was arriving I called the hotel to request in room dining as I was arriving close to midnight and they confirmed there were 24h room service. When I got there, cuisine was closed and they could only offer a few limited options. Being gluten free and wanting a warm meal I had to order through a food app. Also during the heatwave, I was in a 5 star hotel and I couldn’t get any sleep because there were 28 degrees in my room and they had a problem with the AC malfunctioning which could not be fixed by a colleague so they didn’t even request urgent outside companies to come and fix it, they waited until the morning! This is really and highly disrespectful to all the clients boiling all night in their rooms. Last but not least, the breakfast variety is not close to a leading hotel, let alone a 5 star hotel. Plus the room where breakfast is served is a simple white wall room without any decoration or whatsoever. You can never call it a restaurant. I regret staying at this hotel and it should be re evaluated…
