Positive: The location is excellent, the hotel is very pleasant, and the staff are always ready to help.

Negative: There was no smart TV (we had to ask for HDMI cable), room service did not offer breakfast on weekends, and the complimentary coffee pot in the hallway was always empty during our two-day stay.
