Summary: Instructions about check-in where followed exactly as received, and even so, at 11 pm, I could not get the card to the room on the automatic machines. No person was available to help either. So I spent quite some time calling the phone number until finally some person answered and gave me the code I needed. Why was the code not sent via email or SMS prior to arrival? Why was the machine not able to find me by name?
