Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The majority of the staff were lovely, also enjoyed the pool. Bed was big and comfy tho.

Negative: The jacuzzi wasn't working which wa a one big factorwe were lookingforward too, hotel is a bit tired and could do with renovation, we also only got our towels replaced one night had to ask for fresh towels also had to empty own bin. The heater in the room was very noisy and kept me awake on the last night. Hot water had issues kept cutting out when we were filling the bath
