Summary: Wasn’t explained any information at check-in; had to ask about breakfast and check out time. Was shown to a lift to get to our room. Lots of moths in the room and not enough shampoo or shower gel for 2 people for 2 nights. Desk also had dried chocolate under one of the leaflets and dead flies on window sill. Breakfast was fine, staff at that were lovely. Drinks at the wedding were extortionate: the fact you don’t do dashes is ridiculous. Having to buy a bottle of Coke every time to go with a spirit is daylight robbery. No one at the desk for check out, I rang the bell twice. Another couple appeared to check out too (at 11am). Eventually a man came, no apology or asking how the stay was. Just took the key and said that’s fine.
