Positive: Beds were comfortable bedding nice and clean good pillows. Plenty of towels in room. Food was good except the bacon. Loved the pancake machine. Staff were helpful.

Negative: Our lighting was faulty over the two days and went in and off. We had to pack with no lights. The hairdryer in the room smelled like it was burning and then stopped. There were no glasses in the room just to get a drink of water Very limited drink packets in room. No hot chocolate. Bacon at breakfast was awful both days. It was just like leather. Spa pool was freezing. Pool temperature was in the cooler side too.

Summary: Nice hotel but a few things need attention.
