Positive: the check in was great Maria is a real asset to your company. She upgraded our room and also explained everything about the hotel She was also working in the seminar suite (champagne suite) for the property exhibition we were attending and was super polite and efficient . Hotel location is great with easy access to the underground, shops restaurants and pubs

Negative: the prices in the bar are too high especially by adding a 12% service charge the price of the breakfast was also high (we didnt have the breakfast for this reason)

Summary: good location, confortable rooms nice staff
