Summary: Luke warm water in the shower, yellowish towels (supposed to be white), carpet in room heavily soiled, bed cover and small pillows (2 only) had a bad smell. Luckily we only had a one night stay. We were disappointed with such conditions in a 4 star hotel and sadly cannot recommend and will not return
