Positive: The hosts were very helpful and approachable, although not on site. The view from the room was nice. The common area was nice and welcoming, and very well equipped.

Negative: There were no numbers on the rooms' doors and, as we arrived very late, we were standing in front of the rooms trying to guess which one is ours. That was a bit uncomfortable. The room was smaller that we thought and difficult to navigate, but OK on Swiss standards. Bedding would probably need updating. The pillows were very soft and uncomfortable. We received additional ones, upon request. Being very close to the après ski bars it is very noisy, but thankfully they close about 7, so no problems during the night. I would suggest a bigger waste bin inside the room
